A$AP Ferg & Chance the Rapper Freestyle Over OutKast, Jay-Z & Mobb Deep Classics

& Freestyle Over OutKast, Jay-Z & Mobb Deep Classics

Fresh off the release of his Floor Seats project, dropped by Sway int the Morning to speak on the music, A$AP Rocky’s legal issues, and more.

During the interview, Ferg proceeded to jump in and out of a freestyle for a good half hour, before the energy in the room flipped at the 29-minute mark once and his brother Taylor Bennett entered the room. After dapping up Sway and the rest of the crew, Chance and Ferg decided to go back-and-forth with an impromptu freestyle session.

Kicking things off with a story over OutKast’s “Elevators,” Taylor joined the party and the trio proceeded to trade bars over a DJ Wonder-laced medley of Jay-Z’s “Where I’m From,” Mobb Deep’s “The Realest,” and Beanie Sigel’s “The Truth.” There’s another beat, too, but I’m blanking right now smh.

Check it all out (including a sit-down with Chance) below.
