The Moscow city court on July 31 will consider criminal case against 2 members of hacker group "Humpty Dumpty" (or Shaltai-Boltai).
The lawyer of hackers Natalia Zemskova said that the case is marked "classified". So, the case will be considered without the participation of the audience.
"Our position did not change, my clients Filinov and Teplyakov did not plead guilty," said Zemskova.
Teplyakov and Filinov are accused of illegal access to computer information in an organized group for remuneration (Criminal Code, p. 3, art. 272).
As a reminder, in 2013-2016 hacker group carried out illegal access to protected computer information of citizens of the Russian Federation and sold it through Internet. The leader of the hacker group Vladimir Anikeev pleaded guilty and took a plea deal. The Moscow city court given him two years in a General regime colony.
Meanwhile, three other hackers, alleged members of the "Humpty Dumpty" are wanted by the law.
